At Yukana we understand the value of animals and the important part they can play in the wellbeing and emotional support of our residents. A weekly visit by Whisper (a retired guide dog) and her owner is welcomed and enjoyed by our residents. Time is given for them to pat and interact with her as she responds with lots of friendly licks and tail wags. Whisper is one of our most popular visitors.
