Since launching the Yukana concierge service in 2014 our Relationship Coordinator, Sue Kirkegaard, has had the privilege of transporting and escorting many residents to medical appointments, such as eye specialists, GP appointments, X-rays and hospitals.
Sometimes this can be a daunting for our residents, so for those who don’t have family close by to assist, Sue is able to accompany them to their appointment and sit with them while they visit with their medical professional.
Sue is always interested in our residents’ wellbeing and willing to lend a listening ear. This gives them peace of mind knowing they have someone they know and trust to support them.
