Yukana’s residents recently had the opportunity to participate in a demonstration showing them how to cook a fresh and easy, yet delicious meal. Not only were they entertained by the humor of CaterCare’s leading Chef, Simon Hawkswell, they were also able to taste the food he produced throughout the demonstration.
Residents sampled the wonderful fish gourjons with handmade chips, and golden syrup bread and butter pudding with crème anglaise. These courses were on the lunch menu that day in the Yukana dining room for all to enjoy.
