At Yukana we believe in open and honest sharing of information between staff and residents. To ensure we are providing the best possible services and facilities, our residents are encouraged to provide personal feedback, ask questions and share any concerns they may have.
Yukana regularly communicates in a number of ways including notices, newsletters, calendars of events and quarterly information meetings. Our residents are encouraged to add agenda items before each meeting for discussion between both staff and residents.
